Adam Crossman

Adam has spent his entire career in the aerospace manufacturing industry, vigorously working to ensure customers get high quality product, on-time, while maintaining a safe workplace. Prior to working at Arkwin Industries, Adam held several roles in sales, engineering, and operations. Adam’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University.

Kristian Norheim

Kristian’s love of aerospace began over 20 years ago when he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as an AV-8B electrical/avionics technician. His entire professional career has been spent in various sectors of aerospace including corporate aviation, airframe and avionics modification, component repair and overhaul, and OEM parts manufacturing and distribution. For the last decade, Kristian has coupled his experience as a certified maintenance specialist with management and business acumen to lead operations and business development teams in the aerospace market. Kristian earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management from Dowling College.

John Melito

For over 14 years, John has contributed to the design, analysis, and development of nearly all of Arkwin’s newest components for commercial and military aircraft and aircraft engines. John was instrumental in the design and qualification of the many Arkwin components on the Joint Strike Fighter. He has actively supported all major legacy platforms Arkwin services, including CFM56, H-60, F-18, A-10, and S-76. John earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.

Jody Williams

Jody brings 18 years of aerospace manufacturing experience to the Arkwin team. His background in materials management, sales and operations help drive a continuous improvement mindset in our manufacturing processes. Jody also served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, graduated from the United States Naval Academy and earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the George Washington University.

Ryan Lake

Prior to his beginnings here at Arkwin as a Manufacturing Engineer, Ryan started his career as a Design Engineer. Eventually Ryan became the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Machining Production Manager here at Arkwin. His focus on new product development, productivity, capital investment projects, and capacity planning has provided him with significant exposure to Arkwin’s internal operations. He plans to utilize these experiences in delivering on his promises to his customers. Ryan received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Chris Atkinson

Chris is a conscientious sales professional with 30 years in the Aerospace industry, originally coming from an engineering background. He has extensive experience working with both major aerospace OEMs and airline customers in an aftermarket role. Chris has a proven track record for significant business growth and relationship management. Today, Chris is a full time employee for three U.S. aerospace companies – Arkwin Industries, Champion Aerospace, and HarcoSemco. He’s also helped those companies expand their business in Europe.

Craig Morgan

For over 10 years, Craig has been a key contributor in the design, development, and certification of new products at Arkwin. Craig honed his technical abilities and product knowledge developing components for major programs such as Embraer E-2 Jets and Lockheed F-35, while also providing support for Arkwin’s legacy portfolio. During his tenure at Arkwin, Craig has been the technical lead for developing and expanding Arkwin’s international business presence with customers in Brazil, Spain, and Taiwan. Craig earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Joe Lally

Starting over 20 years ago, Joe began his career in the aviation industry working in a technical sales role for a small, privately owned aerospace company before moving into project engineering, program management, and sales director roles with a major aircraft engine manufacturer. He is experienced in components and systems with applications on airframes and engines for commercial and military customers. Joe’s background also includes work with ground based power and transportation industries. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Human Resources Development and Management and an Associate’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology from the State University of New York at Canton.
