Position: Solder Technician
Reports to: Senior Operations Manager
Overview:
We’re hiring a skilled Soldering Technician to work on aerospace electronic connectors, following IPC-A-610 standards. You will solder 25–30 connectors per day, ensuring high-quality and consistent workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform precision soldering using soldering irons
- Work from drawings and process documentation
- Inspect solder joints per IPC-A-610 standards
- Track daily output and maintain work area cleanliness
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in electronic soldering
- IPC-A-610 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Experience in aerospace or military soldering is a plus
